Iron Keel Strength and Fitness offers a weekly schedule of classes for every fitness fan. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs.
Cross Training
Cross Training is a strength and conditioning program that consists of varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength and conditioning. Cross training will help you optimize physical competence in each of the ten components of fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, speed, agility, balance, and accuracy. By combining these skills at high intensity through interval training (HIIT), Cross training has successfully delivered results at every level.
Boot Camp
Boot Camp training is simply fitness and performance training designed specifically for athletic performance enhancement. Our training programs for athletic performance enhancement include such areas as strength, speed, stamina, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility, agility, mental preparedness (including goal setting), sleep, recovery/regeneration techniques and strategies, nutrition, rehabilitation, and injury risk reduction.
Our Boot Camp is custom programming that is based on the athlete’s specific needs (centered on strengths, weaknesses and/or imbalances) and the demands of the sport they participate in.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING/HYBRID SPORTS
Although we love Cross Training and the community atmosphere it provides, we realize that everyone’s goals are different. Personal goals can range from building muscle, fat loss, wanting more energy, or just an overall feeling of wellness. Not only do people have different goals, but everyone’s body reacts differently to different fitness programs and nutrition plans. This is why we offer custom fitness programs for our members.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
We keep all of our classes sizes limited so you get personalized attention to help you get the best experience and results possible. Our coaches customize the program to meet the needs of our members.
OPEN GYM WITH A STRENGTH COACH
Looking for a training start? Open gym will introduce you to strength training and get you on your fitness path. Our strength coach can put you on a path to reach your goals independently. This is included with any membership.

YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAM
We have everything to get or keep your athlete in peak condition. Whether you have a wrestler, swimmer, football player or any other sport, we either have the program for you or can create private group classes for small groups. When it comes to strength, conditioning, and sports mechanics, Iron Keel is the place for your athlete.
